Fitness/Track team is to provide your student with the experience of physical activity to help them physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually.
Season consists of 2 practices a week and 2 fitness meets
- The team season runs January-March
- The team is for grades 3-6, there is a girls and boys team for each grade level
- We have apx. 70-80 students on the team.
- We can keep every student but it takes volunteers, the more coaches we have the more students we can keep
- We need coaches (no experience necessary), team parents to help with refreshments and end of year party, need help with organization paper work etc.

- 1st meet is here on base at the Football track field for our team
- 2nd will be at Castle High School Track

- 50m, 100, 200, 400 meter runs
- Arm Hang
- Push Ups
- Sit and Reach
- standing broad jump
- Curl Ups
